Billing details can be updated by signing in as the primary admin and following the steps below: 

1. Sign into QuickBooks Online as a primary admin.
2. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Subscriptions and billing.
3. Next to your payment method, select Edit ✎.
4. Update your credit card info.
5. Review the address. It must be the same one that appears on your statements.
6. When you're done, select Save.

Please note, you won't be able to update the payment details if the subscription payment is currently in collections. If you have any further Q's, get back in touch!
