Client go a Payment wasn't successful message whilst trying to pay invoice

Are you using PayPal, GoCardless, or the new QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payment integration? If you currently have QuickBooks Payments, please first ensure the service is activated by going to the Gear icon > Account and Settings Payments.

 

Once activated, open your invoice and click the Manage button at the top right. Under Payments options, verify that Cards and Pay by Bank are toggled on. You may also refer to QuickBooks Payments FAQs for more information and guidance. 

 

However, if you're utilising a third-party app like PayPal or GoCardless, I recommend contacting our Live Support team.
