Receipt snap hot working and I need to talk to a human urgently

We're aware that some customers are receiving the following error when snapping receipts on the QB iOS app:
 
"Validation failed. We’re sorry, QuickBooks encountered an error while calculating tax. Try reselecting the tax rate or reentering the product/service item and saving the form again."
 
Please confirm if this is the same error that you're experiencing so that we can add you to our investigation for updates.
