Does anybody else find the recent "upgrades" intensely frustrating?

I do. I particularly find annoying:

• The revised report format that requires additional clicks to see information.
• The fact that the screen refreshes whenever I make a change to a transaction, meaning I often need to scroll down to find where I was.

I sometimes wonder whether software companies make changes on the basis of customer feedback or because they "think" [sic] that they are improving something that is already perfectly OK.
