Does anyone know if HSBC is going to provide direct banking in future?

To clarify, are you referring to Open Banking? If so, you can check out this article if the specific account of HSBC is already supported: Understanding if you can connect your bank feeds to Open Banking.

However, if you're referring to other banking connection methods, I suggest contacting your HSBC support if they'll provide this in the future.
