Getting a 401 error when trying to close my account, any ideas?

This error could be a browser-related issue, nick-berry1982-h.

 

The outdated stored cache can affect the performance of the program. Let's access your QuickBooks Online account via a private window to resolve the error.

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts: 

 

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N 
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P 

 

Once signed in, try closing your account again. If it works, let's clear the browser's cache to improve its performance. 

 

You can also use other supported browsers if the private browsing doesn't work.
