gocardless deposits not being created since 24/04/2026. There are posts on the community forum from customers with the same issue. Is this being looked into?

Look at the thread in the Transactions area.

 

The integration is broken where information is coming back from GC into QBO in terms of Payouts/Deposits and Payments.

 

Please post in that thread so they can see the number of affected customers.
