Hi, I can't link to my account. Error code OBA28. what does it mean?

I want to make sure you're able to connect your bank in QuickBooks Online (QBO) without any error, arvings-gmail-co.

The error indicates that your bank requires PINsentry to be used when upgrading your existing bank feed to open banking or connecting a new account in QuickBooks Online. To get rid of the error code OBA28 and connect your bank successfully, you'll need to utilize the PINsentry token.

If the same issue,  let's do essential troubleshooting procedures to isolate the error. To begin, please log in to your account via incognito. These browses won't save any cache or history. 

You can use these hotkeys below:

• Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
• Control + Option + P (Safari)
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

From there, re-connect the bank to check if it's already operating competently. Ensure to use the PINsentry token in connecting the account. If that works, I'd recommend you to go back to your normal browser and initiate clear the cache. Doing in other supported browsers is a dominant decision too.
