Great news, you can absolutely do this using the QBO mobile app. Since your invoices are emailed to you, save the invoice attachment (PDF) and upload it directly through the app.

Once your bills are in QBO, run the Unpaid Bills report under the Reports section. This report shows exactly what is outstanding, allowing you to know what needs to be paid at month-end and plan your cash flow accordingly.
