Let's visit your bank's website so you can print your monthly statement for archiving and reconciling your account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
You'll use your bank statement to compare your real-life transactions with the ones you entered in QuickBooks. When they match, you know your accounts are balanced and accurate. To print your monthly bank statement, here's how:
Open a web browser.
Go to your bank's website.
Log in by entering your User ID and Password.
Navigate to where you can print your monthly bank statement.
In case you also want to print your bank transactions in your register within a particular period (monthly) before you reconcile, follow these steps:
Go to the Accounting menu.
Select Chart of accounts.
Find the bank account you want to review and select Account history under the Action column.
Click the Filter or Funnel icon then set the Date.
Select the Apply button.
Click the Print icon and follow the on-screens instructions to complete the process.
