Hi. When I send an invoice it doesn’t attach the picture attachments ?

Since you are unable to add pictures using the attachment option on your invoice, we will proceed with the troubleshooting steps.

To resolve this, start by logging out and logging in again. Then refresh the page to ensure it updates properly.

If the issue persists, consider using a different browser or opening a new incognito window. You can use these shortcut keys for guidance:

 

  • Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + P
