If that's the case, please note that you have the option to modify your account details. Here's how:

1. Login to your QuickBooks Account.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Click the Account and settings.
4. Select Company and click ✎ Edit in the Company name section.
   
   
   
5. If the company's legal name is different from the Company name you entered:
   • Enter the legal name in the Legal name field.
   • Otherwise, check the Same as company name checkbox.
     
     
     
6. Enter the other needed information.
7. Click Save.
8. Hit Done.
