How can I "request more info" for numerous pending transactions? From the Bank Transactions screen I can only get the query icon to work for 2 out of 4. Any suggestions?

I am using the new bank transaction screen and the helpful "request more info" button has let me add requests to go to my client for additional detail. But for two of the transactions listed, the button just doesn't work. Have tried resorting and refreshing but still no joy.

The reason the Request more information button doesn't work is often due to an outdated browser cache.

 

To troubleshoot, try signing out of and back into your QuickBooks account. If the issue persists, use a private browsing window to determine if a cached file is causing the problem.

 

Here are the shortcut keys for private browsing:

 

  • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox : Press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N
