How can you change messages on different invoice styles?

Welcome to the Community, @sc18. I'm here to help you customize invoice messages in QuickBooks Online (QBO) according to your business preferences. To do this, we can go to the Custom Form Styles section and select the Content tab.

Here’s how you can do it:

1. Click on the Gear icon at the top right corner of the dashboard.
2. Under Your Company, select Custom Form Styles.
3. Choose the invoice style you want to personalize and click Edit.
4. In the customization interface, find and click on the Emails tab.
5. In the Message to Customer section, you can edit the messages to reflect the specific nuances of your business or the particular context of the invoice.
6. Once done, click Save.

Please update the message manually each time you change the invoice style, this makes sure everything looks right and matches the invoice design you've chosen.
