I can see where you can see disconnected accounts but not unaccepted transactions as you can on QB Online Accountant, thanks

Hello there, Usersuzanneflux. If you mean the Intuit Accountant Suite, you can see all those unaccepted transactions under the Bank Activity dropdown on your Client Overview

Follow these easy steps to find them:

  1. On your company screen, head to the All apps menu, then click Accounting
  2. Choose the Client overview tab.
  3. Under the Bank Activity dropdown, you will see all unaccepted transactions.

Don't hesitate to use the Reply button if you have more questions or need more assistance with the new platform.

Thank you but I do not think this is the same thing, this looks like the screen once you are in a Client file.

On the Accountant version there is a Client list on the main dashboard which shows all your clients, currently there is a column for bank info which shows the accounts disconnected (if applicable) and unaccepted transactions, I cannot seem to find it on the new version.

The new version has this same client list but completely different info available.

Attached clipped screenshot, to the left would be the client names, so it's a line by client.

It is just a really quick indication of where to focus your time rather than going into each Client to look.

Thank you

Hi there, Usersuzanneflux. You're right, the client list in QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) made it easy to see unaccepted transactions for all clients at once.

Currently, that column is not available in the new Intuit Accountant platform (free version). You will need to open each client file to see their unaccepted transactions.

If this feature is crucial to your workflow, you might consider switching back to QBOA.
