Question

How do I connect my starling bank to my account. I try and press save and nothing happens

I go to my starling account, click accept, get redirected back to QuickBooks where it asks to save and I am unable to continue

    Let's refresh your app data to clear out any temporary bugs and restore the option to connect your bank account.

     

    For Android: Navigate to Menu > More Options > Settings > Refresh Data, then select YES to confirm.

     

    For iOS: Go to your device Settings > General > iPhone Storage > QuickBooks Sole Trader > Offload App.

     

    Once done, restart your phone and check the app. If the issue persists, we can uninstall and reinstall the app to give it a fresh start.
