How do I create a portable company file on Quickbooks MAC?

Let me share some steps to help you create a portable file for your version.

For QuickBooks Desktop for Mac, you can go to File > Utilities > Copy Company File for QuickBooks Mac. Please keep in mind that you have to use the same year version to restore the file. Otherwise, you may need to install the trial license of QuickBooks Desktop Mac and restore the file.
