How do I get the PayPal payments to my bank account?

PayPal transactions are downloaded in the Apps section of your Banking page. There should also be a created PayPal register in QuickBooks so the downloaded transactions can be added to it. Funds forwarded from your PayPal to your bank account can be reflected in QuickBooks by transferring funds from your PayPal register to your bank register.

If you don't see the registers, please contact our QBO Support for UK accounts, so they can use more tools to check this further for you.

1. Go to Help and select the Search tab.
2. Click Contact Us at the bottom.
3. Copy your question above and paste it into the description box in QBO and click Continue.
4. Choose Start a chat.
