How do I talk directly to intuit for help

Can you explain in detail what issues you're having with? We can give out the steps and other information here, and help you resolve the problem. 

If you still decide to reach out to a live support person, you can use the Help menu to contact them. Here's how: 

1. Log in to your company file. 
2. Go to the Help icon, then click the Contact Us button. 
3. Enter the details of your issue, then proceed with Let's talk.
4. Click the Chat button. 

You can also request for a callback and find other contact information here.
