How do I upgrade to essentials, subscription is via Apple and we increased from 9.99/m to 14.99/m but see no change in QB

If you're now using QBO Essential and have noticed a change in billing, but have not observed any new features, it is crucial to understand that Essential offers a range of additional features that can significantly enhance your accounting experience. These features may include:

• Managing bills
• Accepting and making payments in different currencies
• Tracking employee time
• Ability to have up to 3 users.

However, if you're getting an increased price of your current subscription and haven't yet upgraded to QBO Essential, I recommend checking the Intuit charges to be informed regarding what the additional price increases are for. 

Moreover, we recommend logging in to your QBO account via a web browser when upgrading a subscription to see the Subscription and Billing.
