You have 3 options to remove the old error notification in your QuickBooks Online mobile app. Here are the following:
Selecting the X icon
Clearing the app's data to refresh it
Turning off Pop-ups and redirects or block Notification.
To clear the data, please follow the steps below depending on what device you've used.

Usually, the X option is located in the right corner of the error box. Please see the attached screenshot below for visual reference.
The More Options ⋮ is located underthe Menu ☰ icon. Then, choose Settings and click Refresh Data. And, yes to confirm.
