How to Change Project Email Address

I have multiple projects for my customers. The customer updated there email address and I changed it in there profile but when I create a invoice through the project it always holds the old email and never updates to the new one. How do I fix this?

Is there a way of changing the email address attached to a project without contacting customer services?

Good day, AliFarmer. 

 

I'm here to ensure you're able to change the email address in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

We can simply change the email address attached to a project by going to Customer Details. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Sales menu from the left menu and choose Customer.
  2. Select Customer Details and click Edit. 
  3. You can enter the email address in the Email field.
  4. Click Save.
