Hello there, sajith.

To switch your invoices from Pounds to Dollars using the multicurrency feature you’ve already enabled, let me guide you through the steps to add and configure different currencies seamlessly.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under Lists tab, select Currencies.
3. Select the Add currency button, then choose from the dropdown menu.
5. Click Add.

Once set up, it’s important to create a new customer profile to assign the desired currency and after you save that customer you can't change their currency.

1. Go to Customer Hub, then click Customers.
2. Select the New customer button.
3. A window will appear where you can enter the details of your customer.
4. Select the currency from the dropdown at the top of the customer details.
5. Click Save.

You are now set to send an invoice in USD, ensuring the currency is correctly applied to your customer’s preferences. If you need more detailed guidance on adding and managing currencies, check out this article: Set up and use multicurrency in QuickBooks.
