Let's get this error fixed so you can connect your bank account to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Before we start, can you please verify the name of your bank? This way, we can further check the status of your bank's connection.
Error 572 is a result of an OAuth (an open standard for authentication) connection with your bank. Many banks are switching to a new connection service called OAuth. And we're also switching to OAuth to make online banking even better.
Since this is the first time you tried to connect your bank account, you'll need to coordinate with your bank to allow this new connection. Then, connect it again to your QBO account.
There can be a lot of possible reasons why you encounter QuickBooks bank feed error 572. Following are a few of them:
When there are some connection glitches at your bank’s website
In a situation, when your QuickBooks version is not updated
In a case, when you didn’t add the right account information
When your financial institution/bank changed the security requirement policy
That being said, I suggest verifying with your bank institution if they have ongoing maintenance in their system. Once verified bank website is working well and has no ongoing maintenance.
