I am getting an unexpected error message when trying to add mileage manually on the App. It means I am unable to save the data.

Our product engineers opened an investigation regarding this error. They're working to get this resolved as soon s possible. Have you tried adding the mileage through the QuickBooks Online website? If not, let's try to enter the data and see it it saves it.

Here's how:

1. Click Mileage on the left pane.
2. Select Add Trip.
3. Add the trip date, starting/ending locations, distance, and the trip purpose.
4. Select Save.

I also recommend contacting our QuickBooks support so you will be added to the list of affected users.

1. Click the Help icon.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter INV-39513, then click Let's talk.
4. Select Start a chat.
