You can download your invoices using a web browser on your computer, as the QuickBooks Self Employed (QBSE) application has limited capabilities when it comes to downloading data.

 

To download your invoices, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account using a computer.
  2. Go to the Invoices section in the left menu.
  3. Select the invoice that you want to download. 
  4. Click the download icon located at the top right, just below the Create invoice button.
