I am in south africa on quickbooks premier 2017 . A laptop with a secondary user crashed and i cannot reinstall quickbooks on a new PC that i bought to replace the Laptop. after putting the licence number and product key code it asks for a Validation

As I know, Intuit UK support will refuse to provide a validation code. You can use the trial version as a workaround.
