I am missing a bank transaction from a downloaded csv bank account. It is not in to be reviewed or categorised and is not in the audit log. How can this happen?

Hello Buckinghamjoiner, Thanks for posting on the Community page,  we have had no other reports of this come in and not sure why it would not upload them all. Have you tried reuploading the csv or uploading just that one transaction?
