I am trying to export data from quickbooks and it is turning to zip files can anybody help?

I Have tried with Mac and pc same results

What information are you trying to export out of QuickBooks exactly that is turning into a zip file for you?

I would like csv but I tried on Mac and pc both send as a zip file, any spread Sheed would do

I select data from Qb to export I go to gear, select export and then select export to excel, and it export it as a zip file with I can't open
