I am trying to quick snap a recipe it is finding the information on the recipe but telling me I am missing information I paid for this item out of my personal account

I'm glad to have you here in the Community. Let me share some information on how to record your receipt in QuickBooks Online. 

When you take a picture of your receipt using QuickBooks, the system may take some time to read it. If the image is blurry, it might take longer, or the system might not be able to read it at all. In such cases, it's best to take another picture of the receipt so that the system can capture the data accurately. But make sure to exclude or remove the previous receipt to avoid having duplicate entries.

Furthermore, if it's still not showing the complete information, I recommend clearing the app's data to start fresh. The steps may vary by device.

Here's how:

Android:

1. Go to Menu ☰ then tap More Options ⋮.
2. Select Settings, then Refresh Data.
3. Tap Yes.

iOS:

1. Go to the Menu ☰ icon, then select Help & Feedback.
2. Tap Refresh Data.
3. Select Refresh.

You can also do it in your device settings:

Android:

1. Go to the Settings menu.
2. Select Apps (varies by device), then choose QuickBooks app from the list Storage.
3. Select Clear data.

iOS:

1. From your device's Settings, select Setting General iPhone Storage.
2. Choose an app that's taking up a lot of space.
3. Click the Offload App.

If the issue persists, I suggest you uninstall it and then reinstall the app:

1. Tap and hold the app on your phone.
2. Drag the app to the Uninstall section.
3. Select Yes to confirm.

Once done, if it fixes the issue, you can match it with the correct expense payments.
