You can run the QuickBooks File Doctor. It is a tool designed to recover and troubleshoot damaged company files. After the tool finishes diagnosis, close it and try opening your QuickBooks and check to see if the issue is resolved.

Also, you can either restore a backup or create a portable copy of your company file. We need to make sure to copy your backup or portable files locally before restoring your file.

Another option is to use QuickBooks Auto Data Recovery (ADR). It is a feature to help recover damaged QuickBooks files.
