I can't add payroll to my account, every time I try it just gest stuck on a loading screen. I've tried multiple devices and clearing cache, how do I resolve this.

1. Go to Help (?) located at the top part of your page.
2. Click on the Search tab and enter a brief description of your concern.
3. Hit Contact Us.
4. Choose a way to connect with us:
   • Start a chat with a support expert.
   • Get a callback from the next available expert.
      

You can contact them from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM PT if you're using QBO Payroll Core. For QBO Payroll Premium, Elite will be available any time and any day.
