I can't get my bank connection to update, I have completed the connection process on various devices, without success.

    You might need to reconfirm your bank consent in QuickBooks Sole Trader, since HSBC is part of Open Banking and needs to be reauthorized every 90 days to update the connection.

     

    To begin, go to Transactions > Bank transactions > Link account dropdown > Manage connections. Next to the bank you need to reconfirm consent for, select the More icon, then Manage consent.

     

    When you're ready, choose Reconfirm, then OK to finish. This will update your bank connection
