I can’t seem to link my bank account, I’m with revolut, on revolut app it’s saying it’s connected but when I go back to quickbooks it says error 572 try again later?

Error 572 usually means the person linking the account isn't recognized as the primary user on the bank's website. Some financial institutions only allow the primary user to connect their account to third-party apps like QuickBooks.

 

To resolve this, the primary user needs to log in and authorize the connection.

 

If you are the primary user, reconnecting in an Incognito/Private window can help, as cached browser data can sometimes interfere with the process. Using a different browser is another quick option.

 

In the meantime, you can manually import your transactions to your QuickBooks Online account to keep your records up to date. Once the manual upload is complete, your transactions will appear in your books. Please remember to exclude any duplicates once your bank is successfully connected.
