I cant file my CIS 300 due to an error on the gateway rejection Error 5012 - it says the NI number is wrong but I don' t have the said NI number on my system?

I have called Quickbooks help and they said it is because i have a blank NI number - but I don't.

Hi Jo Pepler1, please check the the NI number is entered without any spaces between or after and then save this before reattempting the submission. 🙏
