I have just changed over to sole trader, from self employed. I was under the impression it transfers everything over. I’ve lost 11months of details, can I get them back?

Hello there, Liv. Only specific data transfers automatically when moving from QuickBooks Self-Employed to QuickBooks Sole Trader. This migration can take up to 72 hours to complete, so if you switched recently, your details may still be in process.

Please note that once you upgrade to Sole Trader, you will no longer be able to access your QuickBooks Self-Employed account, and some data, such as invoices, cannot be transferred automatically.

If you backed up your data before the move, you can manually import those files into your new account.
