I have recently upgraded my account but have now lost all (8years) previous transactions. Any advice please?

When transitioning from QuickBooks Self-Employed to Sole Trader, it's advisable to back up your data to avoid data loss, Martin.

It's also important to note that only certain transactions are transferable during the migration process.

Here are the items that the application can automatically migrate:

• Customers
• Trips
• Product and Services
• Bank Connections
• Transactions (records from 01/01/2023)
• Receipts (records from 01/01/2023)

However, Rules and Quarterly Tax Estimates will be supported for upcoming updates.

The following features cannot be transferred:

• Invoices
• Third-party app integrations such as Etsy, Uber, Amazon
• Tags
• Suppliers

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Click the Help button.
3. In the QuickBooks Assistance chat box, select Talk to a Human or tap the Contact Us button at the bottom.
4. Type your reason for contacting us in the What can we help you with? section and click Continue.
5. From there, choose a way to connect: Chat or get a Callback.
