I keep getting an oba28 error when trying to like my account, can somebody help? TIA

The error oba28  you've encountered is about Barclay's bank mandates PINsentry when trying to link an account or updating the existing bank details in QuickBooks. You can utilize the authentication procedure on how QuickBooks links to unique passcodes and special phrases. 

To get rid of the error code OBA28 and link your bank successfully, you'll need to utilize the PINsentry token. This needs to be done by contacting to your bank support team, they’ll be able to access your account in a secure environment and guide you in generating it.

Here's how: 

1. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Hit Contact Us.
3. Enter your question and tap the Continue button.
4. Choose either Start a chat or Get a callback. 

Once you're bank is successfully linked to QuickBooks Online, you can start categorizing or matching your downloaded transactions. Then, reconcile the account.
