Hi, @aaronkpattrick-w1. Let's figure out the possible reasons why your transactions are missing in QuickBooks.
Expenses and mileage entries can be missing from your record if they are removed or deleted. You can check your audit log to see possible changes made to your transactions. Here's how:
Go to the Gear icon, then click on Audit Log.
Select Filter.
Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
Tap Apply.
Click on the View link in the History column to open the audit history.
If there are no changes, access your account through a private window to see your expenses and mileage. Missing data can be affected by the stored cache on the browser you're using. You can use either of these keyboard shortcuts to save you time:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If the transactions are there, clear the cache of your main browser to remove browser history. If the entries are still missing, I'd suggest using another supported browser to narrow down the result.
Feel free to add a comment below if you have follow-up questions about your expenses and mileage entries. I'm here to help. Have a good one!
