I’m paying for essentials package but cannot see all the features!It looks like a simple version! I have tried to contact someone but had no help

I understand the importance of being able to see the features that are available in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Essentials, ktballstars. Let me share some information. 

 

Before anything else, it's best to check your current subscription in QBO by going to the Billing and Subscription window so that you can provide this to our representative. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon located at the top left corner.
  2. Under the Profile column, choose the Subscriptions and Billing option. 
  3. In the first tile, you'll see your subscribed plan. 

 

If you see that you're currently subscribing to Simple Start yet the price is different and it has additional charges beyond the subscription, please contact our support team. This allows them to check it in their system, investigate further why this is happening on your end, and provide some explanation regarding this.  

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
  2. Select the Help (?) icon.
  3. Scroll down to select the Contact Us button and follow the prompts.
  4. You will be able to request a callback or start a live chat with an expert.
