I'm receiving emails saying that my 'trial' period is about to expire. But I'm actually a full subscriber, not a trial user. Why am I receiving them?

 Hello Mattcasey@canopy, thanks for posting on the Community page, im not sure why you are receiving emails saying your trail is going to expire, when I can see in the system, you are fully subscribed to your account. You can just ignore the emails.
