I need to change my account from ltd company to sole trader, can anybody help?

Changing your company type can be done in the Account and Settings. We'll only need to follow a few steps to accomplish this process. Here's how:
 

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Account and Settings under Your Company.
3. In the Company tab, look for the Company Type section.
4. Click the Tax form drop-down arrow. Then, change it to Sole trader.
5. Click Save to reflect the changes.
6. Then, Done.
   

That will do. You may also need to log out and log back into your QuickBooks Online account to make sure what company type you've set up reflects your book.
