I’ve just upgraded my phone and tried tom download the self employed app onto my new phone however it’s telling me the app is not available in my country ?

Let me clarify why you ran into this error when downloading the QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) app to your new device, Mama.

 

Currently, the QBSE mobile app will no longer be available for download form Google Play Store and App Store.

 

Customers who have already installed the app will continue to use it as usual. However, those who are attempting to download the application for the first time on a new device will not be able to do so. This is the reason why you've encountered this error.

 

While existing QBSE subscribers can continue their subscription, new customers are invited to switch and explore QuickBooks Sole Trader, our enhanced solution are designed specifically for single business owners.

 

QuickBooks Sole Trader is our new enhanced tool for self-employed individuals, offering all the familiar features you'll need, along with the powerful new ones, such as sending estimates and setting financial goals.
