I’ve posted a question I can’t get though on your lines. I cancelled my payment as I’m now on mat leave. You’ve taken again today! Why? I followed all the instructions?

Is the account showing as cancelled when going to the Cog Wheel > Account and Settings > Billing & Subscription?

 

You can see our guide for full details on cancelling here if this still shows as active. If the account is cancelled and payment was taken this may mean you cancelled after the payment began processing through your bank.
