I invoice/get paid via an agency who take a small fee for admin regarding CIS payment. How do I deduct that from my customer invoice to them?
Is it just me, or are other users of QB Sole Trader experiencing any number of issues with this product? I upgraded just over 2 weeks ago now, and after migrating, gone were all of my transactions pre Jan 2024. I cannot connect to any of my bank accounts, my payment details don't appear on my invoices (yes, I've filled in the relevant details in the settings screen), none of the links to customise any of the features are working (all return a 'page not found' error), transactions that did migrate all had incorrect categorisations!I've spent a considerable number of hours on online chat sessions with support staff, been on long telephone calls, and sent numerous emails, but nothing is getting done.Their only suggestion to date is to upgrade to a more expensive level, but they don't specify which!I'm justifiably nervous about another upgrade, as I'm worried that I'll still be faced with the same issues. I have checked my location is available and have green ticks beside all the permissions. I have also tried tracking individually but get nothing, even though the little icon at the top of my phone says auto tracking on. I'm out of ideas. Please help

When I download an invoice to save electronically it is automatically done in portrait mode and some of the content does not align. However when I view the invoice in pdf it is in landscape and perfectly aligned.

QBSE pro. I have two incomes, one is a military pension, my Tax Free allowance £12570 is set against this. The other is self employment, hence QBSE. I have to set my QB tax free allowance to zero ? I cannot use it twice.

I’m new to the Sole Trader moved from QB self employed. Once I mark an invoice as paid in the mobile app I need to be able to send a receipt. In QB ST it only gives you an option to send the invoice as a reminder. I’m adapting the email but want to know if there is a different way.
