Hello there, mbrayne.

Welcome to the Intuit Community. I can help and ensure you can start downloading new transactions.

Just to clarify did you encounter any error codes or messages? While I wait for your reply, I have a few steps you can try to get the online banking feature working again.

The first thing to do is manually update the bank to refresh the connection. Let me walk you through the steps.

  1. Go to Banking on the left panel, then select Banking.
  2. On the Bank and Cards page, choose Tesco.
  3. Click on the Update button in the upper right-hand, and follow the on-screen instructions.

Once done, check if the transactions in the Blue tile increase. If nothing new downloaded, the issue could be on the bank’s website.

You’ll have to sign in Tesco’s website to check if this is the case. For detailed instructions, follow the steps in this article and go directly to Step 2: What to do if bank transactions won’t download.

These steps should help you get back to business in no time.

Let me know about your success downloading transactions, or if you have any other concerns. I'll be right here ready to help.
