Yes, you can easily search for invoices and estimates by either a physical address or an email address in QuickBooks Online (QBO) by using the global search bar or the Advanced Search feature. Entering any part of an address or email instantly pulls up the associated documents.

To do this, click the Search field in the top right corner, type the address or email, and view the Transactions tab. For specific documents, select Advanced transactions search to filter by invoice or estimate type. Alternatively, go to All apps > Customer Hub > Customers & leads, then search for their address.
