Is there a way to send the invoices our payments to Intuit to an A/P E-Mail that is different than mine as primary admin or should I add an A/P user so they can access?

There is no option to send invoices or payment notifications from Intuit directly to an Accounts Payable (A/P) email address. This is because the information involves Personally Identifiable Information (PII), and to comply with security and privacy policies, only the primary admin has access.

Based on user roles and permissions, the A/P role in QuickBooks is designed for managing bills, expenses, and payables. Therefore, adding an A/P user or any other user role will not grant access to Intuit invoices.

Given these restrictions, the best option is to continue exporting PDFs of the invoices and manually forwarding them to your A/P users.
