Is there anyway to put the app back to how it was before I hate it now, it freezes you lose everything, it was way easier to use before

While we can't revert to the previous version due to technical and security reasons, we can help troubleshoot to determine whether this issue is caused by a cached file that hasn't been cleared in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.

 

Begin by refreshing your data to obtain the latest information, resolve any unexpected behavior, and start using the QBO mobile app with a fresh setup.

 

For iOS Devices:

 

  1. Go to Settings, then tap General.
  2. Click iPhone Storage and locate the QBO app.
  3. Select Offload App.

 

For Android Devices:

 

  1. Open the Menu ☰, then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Select Settings, then choose Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.

 

If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the QBO mobile app. To ensure you reinstall the correct version, use the following links:

 

 

If the problem continues, log in to your QBO account using a web browser with the same username and password. This will allow you to manage your business until the mobile app issue is resolved.
