Live Chat is broken. Its 6pm on a Saturday but the chat button isn't appearing.

The chat button is currently unavailable at 6:00 PM on a Saturday because our chat support is only operational on Mondays to Fridays. However, our call support is available on Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
